2. Our services
Code Gradients Apps provides design, development, testing, marketing and consulting services for mobile and web applications. Descriptions on this website are for general information and do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of any particular outcome.
3. Client engagements
Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement — covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms and intellectual property. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, logos, the Code Gradients Apps name and mark, and the underlying code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.
Ownership of work produced for clients transfers as set out in the relevant engagement agreement, typically on receipt of final payment.
5. Portfolio and third-party marks
Product names, logos and screenshots shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to illustrate work we have performed. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to: break any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission; or interfere with anyone else's use of the site.

Information you send through the contact form must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights. Do not send confidential material through the form before a confidentiality agreement is in place — enquiries are not treated as confidential by default.
